The Woodlyn Fire Company of Ridley Township, Delaware County, Pa is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our ranks. We are currently looking for members who could serve in any capacity within the department. The opportunities at the Woodlyn Fire Company include, but are not limited to Firefighter, EMT, Administrative, Fundraising, and Auxillary. We operate 4 Basic Life Support Ambulances with 1 paid EMS crew of 2 people 24/7, year round, 5 pieces of fire apparatus and the Ridley Township Hazardous Materials Spill Unit. The company ran 253 Fire related emergencies for 2015 and are on pace to surpass that for 2016. We host Bingo on Monday and Friday nights, as fundraising, as well as selling Christmas trees, Mothers Day, and Easter flowers. Brookhaven Fire Company have Training Drills every Tuesday starting at 6:30pm and hold General Meetings every 2nd Tuesday of each month.
