Live-In Volunteer Firefighter: The Wyomissing Fire Department provides a Live-In Program for volunteer individuals to be part of the organization and provide a service to the community. The Program is open to mature, responsible, and professional individual. You will also need to have the time for training sessions, meetings, emergency responses, and various other functions. There are many other ways to assist your community through the ETFD. Join IHartHarvest, Inc. for the Fall Potato Harvest to help pick potatoes that will be distributed to those in need. Volunteers will work in groups to harvest potatoes on Saturdays and Sundays, contributing to the fight against local hunger.
