Maintain several small landscaping and potted areas throughout Alden. Each member is assigned a specific area to weed, prune, and plant as needed, ensuring these areas remain pristine.

Help keep Alden's hanging plants and other planted areas beautiful all summer long. Volunteers are assigned one day per week to water these areas using the Alden Volunteer’s golf cart.

Join the Boys o’ Summer team to tackle various jobs and tasks necessary to keep Alden looking beautiful. This team meets most Mondays through the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Join one of our four committee groups: Finance, Outreach/Education, Museum Operations, or Communication. Volunteers will help with tasks such as creating budgets, organizing artifacts, digitizing records, and promoting the museum.

Join the Friends of the Jordan River Watershed for a highway cleanup event. Volunteers will help pick up litter along designated highway areas, contributing to the cleanliness and beauty of the environment.

Support educational programs by assisting in the planning and execution of events and activities that promote environmental awareness and education.

Participate in maintaining and constructing trails to ensure safe and enjoyable access for visitors. Volunteers will assist with trail repairs, clearing, and construction projects.

Help manage and control invasive species to protect the natural habitats within Antrim Creek Natural Area. Volunteers will work on removing invasive plants and restoring native vegetation.

Assist in conducting scientific studies to support the conservation efforts at Antrim Creek Natural Area. Volunteers will help collect data and monitor the diverse ecosystems within the area.
