Your East Meadow Volunteer Fire Department is currently accepting applications for positions as firefighters and medical technicians. As a member you will receive expert training in your assigned duties. Not only will you train to become a firefighter or medical technician for your East Meadow community but you will earn the credentials to pursue a rewarding career in the emergency service field, if you choose to do so. It is not uncommon for East Meadow volunteers to use their training as a stepping stone to a full-time career in the police, fire, or medical emergency fields. | Requirements: You must be at least 18 years or older.
