Join in-person events organized by local chapters to support hospice and palliative care patients. Volunteers can engage directly with patients and help mitigate social isolation and loneliness.

Assist in organizing and managing events to support Randall's Rescue. Responsibilities include setting up venues, interacting with attendees, and providing information about the rescue's mission.

Help gather and organize supplies necessary for the care and support of rescued animals. This role involves coordinating with donors and ensuring supplies are delivered to the rescue center.

As a Companion Volunteer, you will be part of a patient’s care team, making home visits to offer companionship for patients and relief for caregivers. Responsibilities may include reading to patients, assisting with hobbies, listening, running errands, or grocery shopping.

As an Administrative Volunteer, you will support Lighthouse’s office and care team by assisting with indirect support for patients and families. Tasks may include helping with the Palliative Pathways program, creating special memories for holidays, and assisting with other needs of our patients and families.

Assist Misfit Angels of South Jersey with fundraising efforts and events. Volunteers can help by inviting friends to events, brainstorming fundraising ideas, and participating in activities to raise money for the rescue and care of dogs.
