All of our training is transferable to a career in Fire Service, EMS and Emergency Management. The real-world experience of being out on the fire line during some of California's largest fires is invaluable. The military leadership training one receives will help people be successful in any career and in any leadership role. While with Joint Task Force Rattlesnake you can expect to complete the NWCG Firefighter Type 2 certification (which includes L-180, S-190, S-130), the NWCG Firefighter 1 certification (which includes S-131, RT-130), as well as the NWCG Portable Pumps (S-211), and the NWCG Wildland Fire Chainsaws (S-212).
