As an Inventory Support Volunteer, you will assist in managing and organizing inventory for our various initiatives. This role involves sorting donations, keeping track of supplies, and ensuring that all resources are readily available for distribution to foster families.

As a Closet Support Volunteer, you will assist with hands-on work at our Foster-Share Closets, helping to organize and distribute clothing and other resources to foster families. This position requires a commitment to supporting the needs of children in foster care.

In this role, you will help assemble and distribute Bags of Hope, which contain essential items for children entering foster care. Volunteers will work in teams to ensure that each bag is filled with necessary supplies and delivered to local agencies.

The West Manchester Township Fire Department is a busy suburban 100% Volunteer Fire Department that responds to 850 calls for service annually. To do this we rely on highly dedicated personnel within the community. We are seeking “Home Responders” and “Live-In” members. Live-Ins – For exchange for responding to calls for service, station duties, and training, live-ins reside at the fire station for FREE. We provide 4 college style dorm rooms between our two (2) fire stations. Each dorm has a beds, dressers/wardrobes, desks, wired/wireless internet access. In addition to free room-and-board, WMTFD also offers a variety of other incentives for your time and dedication. These include paid training, uniforms, retirement plan, and much more.
