At the time we currently operate one BLS truck 24/7 providing emergent and non-emergent services. Career staff serves 7 days a week from 0600-1800 hours. Social Members support the fire company by assisting at fundraising events or in administrative roles. This position is ideal for those who wish to contribute without participating in emergency response, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Join the Auxiliary to assist in rehabilitation at emergency scenes and support the fire company by hosting fundraising events. Auxiliary members do not participate in active fire suppression or rescue operations and must be at least 18 years old.

Become a Junior Emergency Response Personnel (Junior ERP) member, supporting the fire company while gaining valuable experience. Junior ERPs must be at least 14 years old and will receive training and equipment at no cost, although they cannot participate in active fire suppression or rescue operations.

Join the ranks of first responders as an Emergency Response Personnel (ERP) member. This role involves responding to all calls for service within the township and beyond, with all training and equipment provided free of charge. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Attend a monthly meeting for an hour. Go on emergency calls with food and drink supplies for firefighters and emergency personnel at long-duration emergencies. We provide rescue services to multiple municipalities in Northeastern Northampton County. The services we provide are Vehicle Rescue, Water rescue, SAR, Structural Collapse, Rope and High Angle Rescue, Confined space, RIT, and EMS. All training needed is provided free of charge. We train every Wed. night at 7pm and also offer training on Sunday mornings for those unable to attend Wed. We operate solely off of donations and fundraising. Volunteers assist with various events and activities at the Nazareth Center for the Arts, including concerts, art exhibitions, and workshops. Responsibilities may include event setup, guest assistance, and administrative support.

Responsible for providing traffic and crowd control at the scene of a fire, accident or other emergency. Work in cooperation with fire/EMS personnel, law enforcement and other emergency / non-emergency personnel. Ability to attend basic training and respond to calls when available. We are in need of volunteer firefighters. Our department responds to about 500 calls for service per year. We run incidents such as Motor Vehicle Accidents, House fires, Brush Fires, Fire Alarms, Hazardous Materials (at Operations level), and a variety of other call types. Additionally, we participate in Public Education, Public Relations, and Community events. Firefighters are trained in firematic tactics to preserve property and life when it comes to fire related incidents as well as vehicle extrication and other rescue operations. Provide a loving and safe environment for animals in need. The STAR Project supplies food, crate, collar, leash, bowls, toys, and medical care. Volunteers are responsible for offering love and a safe space.

Recruit new foster homes and provide ongoing support for foster families. Requires organizational skills and a respect for both people and animals.

Create eye-catching flyers and marketing materials, manage social media accounts, and develop long-term marketing strategies to expand partnerships and programs.
