As the team leader, you will coordinate efforts to keep Graeagle clean by gathering and motivating volunteers. You'll decide on clean-up times and ensure that the community remains beautiful during the celebrations.

Help manage the parade staging area by checking in participants at a table. This role is suitable for a team of two or more and takes place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, allowing time to enjoy the parade afterwards.

Join Graeagle Firefighters for the 'Fill the Boot Event' to collect donations for the fireworks show. Volunteers are asked to donate one hour of their time to line the street and collect donations, which go directly to funding the fireworks and events.

Help organize the volunteer efforts by scheduling and recruiting volunteers for various short tasks during the events. This role is crucial for ensuring that all volunteer needs are met efficiently.

Join the effort to keep Graeagle clean by picking up trash on Saturday and/or Sunday morning. Just one hour of your time can make a significant difference in the community's appearance during the celebrations.

We are a small volunteer fire department in the mountain community of Plumas Eureka in Plumas County, California. We provide fire suppression in the structural and wildland/forest environments, emergency medical response at the Basic Life Support level, and rescue services including extrication and low angle. We also need support members for non-emergency roles such as fund-raising, recruiting, and fire prevention. We work closely with the Graeagle Fire Protection District with joint training and response. We are recruiting for new members in the categories listed. | Requirements: For suppression: Local residency, 18 years old minimum, CA drivers license, no criminal record, good physical fitness, ability to attend weekly training sessions Wednesday 6-9pm, occasional weekend sessions, complete Quincy Fire Academy over 5 Saturdays in April and May, complete Emergency Medical Responder or EMT-1 training and maintain certification within 24 months of joining.
