Solicit new members, assist with publicity, send out membership renewals, and maintain a member directory. Help grow the farm's community and support base.

Develop long-range plans for the farm's growth, including endowments, grants, and investment plans. Provide the Board with a working budget for the next fiscal year.

Develop and implement plans for maintaining the farm headquarters, project field, and natural areas. Arrange for repairs and restoration of farm infrastructure as needed.

Plan and implement the furnishing and maintenance of the farmhouse as a museum. Supervise and support staff in managing Heritage Farm holdings according to policies.

Assist with organizing, publicizing, and executing programs, events, and demonstration projects with Board approval. Help promote the farm's mission through various activities.

Volunteers help pack sacks of food to be delivered to schools and also drive to deliver food on Fridays. Individuals, church groups, and civic organizations are welcome to participate.

Assist church leaders in setting up foster care, adoption, and support ministries. Volunteers will help with organizing materials, coordinating coaching calls, and supporting partnership development.
