As a Recipient Matching Volunteer, you will be matched with a local recipient within your comfortable driving distance. You will bake and deliver the requested dessert, coordinating with the recipient to confirm a drop-off time.

As an Organizational Baking Volunteer, you will receive forms for new baking opportunities weekly. You can choose which community events to participate in and decide how many desserts to provide.

Join the GAAM Good team as a VolunStar to help organize and run events that embrace gaming culture. Volunteers can take on roles such as artists, hosts, crafters, and event organizers to foster community engagement.

Engage with the community by making phone calls to raise awareness about FOSCI's programs and services. Volunteers provide information, answer questions, and encourage participation in FOSCI's initiatives.

Participate in organizing and executing FOSCI events, including setup, coordination, and attendee assistance. Volunteers help create a welcoming environment for community members and ensure events run smoothly.

Contribute to the creation and distribution of FOSCI's newsletter. Volunteers assist with writing, editing, and designing content to keep the community informed about FOSCI's activities and impact.

Support the management and coordination of FOSCI's volunteer program. Responsibilities include scheduling, communication, and ensuring volunteers are effectively integrated into FOSCI's activities.

Assist in planning and executing fundraising initiatives to support FOSCI's mission. Volunteers help with event planning, donor outreach, and managing fundraising campaigns to secure resources for the organization.

Assist with administrative tasks to support the operations of FOSCI. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, and general office support to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Support FOSCI's efforts by delivering supplies and resources to families impacted by homicide. Volunteers ensure timely and efficient delivery of essential items to those in need.

Engage in community outreach and support activities, including distributing materials and providing information about FOSCI's services to families in need. Volunteers play a crucial role in spreading awareness and connecting with the community.

Volunteers help with the business of running the organization, assist with fundraising and educational events, coordinate donation drives, and support other programs that aid the shelter. Volunteers do not work hands-on with the animals unless they are also approved ACPS volunteers.

Outreach and Education Volunteers engage with the public to change perceptions about rattlesnakes. They attend educational events, assist with setup, and lead interpretive tours.

Event Volunteers assist with the logistics of planning and running events. Responsibilities include setup and breakdown, guest check-in, and vendor communication.

Remote Volunteers use their passion and creativity to support the mission from anywhere. They engage in tasks like graphic design, writing blog posts, and creating social media content.

Animal Care and Husbandry Volunteers help with animal care at the public facility. They must be 18+, have completed a certification course, and be comfortable working with venomous species.

Fundraising Volunteers help with activities related to raising money for the organization. They are involved in marketing, securing sponsorships, and assisting with grant applications.

Advocacy Volunteers assist with the political side of pursuing the organization's mission. Responsibilities include identifying partners for legislation, writing advocacy letters, and promoting advocacy positions.
