Join us in celebrating diversity and inclusivity by volunteering at our events. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup, managing booths, and engaging with attendees to promote our mission.

Volunteers are needed in various areas of live theatre including ushering, collecting props, building sets, painting, sewing, sound, lighting, ticket sales, and concessions. Volunteers can also help with administrative tasks and special projects.

Students can also perform live at assisted living facilities, where they will fill out attendance and perform for senior residents. Each in-person performance earns more service hours compared to virtual performances.

Students can sign up to perform in virtual concerts by submitting a performance video. Each performance earns students service hours, and they can choose to perform pieces from any musical genre.

Assist at the Senior Club office by managing the front desk, answering calls, and providing information to visitors. Volunteers should be available during office hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Contribute to the monthly newsletter by writing and submitting articles that engage and inform the senior community. Volunteers should have strong writing skills and creativity.

Help organize and manage weekly Bingo events by setting up the venue, assisting participants, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. Volunteers should be available on Wednesdays.

As a Community Engagement Volunteer, you will assist in organizing events, outreach programs, and community education initiatives to raise awareness about human trafficking. Volunteers will work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that engage the community and support survivors.

Introduce the organization and its goals to the community, raising awareness for the cause of finding homes for abandoned German Shepherds.

Assist with holding dogs, greeting potential adopters, providing information about the rescue, and helping with event setup and breakdown. Requires attending a volunteer orientation and dog handling training.

Provide love and care for German Shepherds in your home until they find their forever homes. Foster homes are crucial as the organization does not have a boarding facility.

Help raise funds by coming up with ideas, assisting with fundraising events, and contacting businesses for donations. Assist with the annual letter campaign and other fundraising activities.

Assist in organizing and facilitating local community events to encourage attendance and participation. Volunteers will help set up events, engage with participants, and provide information about SPACE INC's programs.

Help guide seniors towards healthier eating habits and meal planning. Volunteers will work with seniors to develop personalized nutrition plans and educate them on the benefits of healthy eating.

Lead fitness classes and activities tailored to seniors’ needs. Volunteers will design and implement exercise programs that cater to the physical abilities of seniors, promoting physical health and wellness.

Assist with cognitive assessments and follow-up activities. Volunteers will support the administration of cognitive tests and help organize follow-up sessions to monitor senior participants' progress.

Provide valuable medical expertise and guidance to our community. Retired doctors will offer their knowledge to help shape health programs and provide consultations to seniors.

Join Ability Together in their mission to promote accessibility and equity in healthcare. Volunteers can assist in various areas including grants, social media/marketing, speaking engagements, and disability resource research.

Help facilitate our Beach Awareness Program during July and August. Volunteers are requested to spend 12 afternoons assisting with aquatic safety and environmental education activities.

Join the El Plastiki Crew for a monthly trash removal event on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. Volunteers will help clean up local areas and promote environmental awareness.
