Assist with holding dogs, greeting potential adopters, providing information about the rescue, and helping with event setup and breakdown. Requires attending a volunteer orientation and dog handling training.

Assist at the Senior Club office by managing the front desk, answering calls, and providing information to visitors. Volunteers should be available during office hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Contribute to the monthly newsletter by writing and submitting articles that engage and inform the senior community. Volunteers should have strong writing skills and creativity.

Help organize and manage weekly Bingo events by setting up the venue, assisting participants, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. Volunteers should be available on Wednesdays.

Assist with our GO2 Bike Clinic held every 2nd Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Volunteers will help participants learn how to ride bikes and navigate local roads safely.

Join us to help teach swimming to youth in San Juan Capistrano. Volunteers are requested to commit to 12 mornings during June, July, and August, assisting with swim classes that are offered free of charge.

Join the El Plastiki Crew for a monthly trash removal event on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. Volunteers will help clean up local areas and promote environmental awareness.

Help facilitate our Beach Awareness Program during July and August. Volunteers are requested to spend 12 afternoons assisting with aquatic safety and environmental education activities.

Volunteers are needed in various areas of live theatre including ushering, collecting props, building sets, painting, sewing, sound, lighting, ticket sales, and concessions. Volunteers can also help with administrative tasks and special projects.

Assess and evaluate the behavior of animals rescued from various situations. Use your expertise to understand the animal's behavior, identify issues, and develop a plan to address them with the foster family or forever family.

Transport animals to vet appointments, adoption events, or between foster and forever homes. Ensure safe and timely transportation for all animals in your care.

Manage our social media accounts and online presence. Create and implement social media strategies to promote the organization's mission and increase awareness of animal welfare issues.

Plan and coordinate fundraising events, training events, and adoption events. Work with various teams to ensure successful execution of events.

Ensure the organization follows legal regulations related to animal welfare and nonprofit organizations. Provide legal guidance and support to the organization.

Help recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for various roles in the organization. Ensure that volunteers are effectively integrated into the organization's operations.

Help transport animals to and from adoption events and veterinary appointments. A current driver's license is required for this role.
