Assist in maintaining and beautifying Poultney's downtown through gardening and streetscaping projects. Volunteers will help with planting, weeding, and general upkeep of community green spaces.

Collaborate with the PDRC to plan and execute community events that promote Poultney's downtown. Responsibilities include event planning, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring successful event execution.

Support the PDRC's marketing efforts by assisting with social media posts, creating promotional materials, and engaging with the community to raise awareness about downtown initiatives.

Oversee group camping weekends. Training is required for this position to ensure effective management of the site and its activities.

Participate in a weekend of community service at YMCA Camp Chingachgook, working on facility projects and engaging in camp programs. Volunteers will work on tasks such as raking and cleaning, and enjoy activities like rock climbing and archery.

Responds on apparatus to fire calls and takes action to do what is needed to help serve the community. On a fire scene you would be able to wear an air pack and go inside the building with full PPE and SCBA.
