Live-in members are provided access to free Wi-Fi and cable television, as well as access to washers and dryers and an industrial sized kitchen. Additionally, members are issued uniforms, receive state-of-the-art protective equipment and benefit from participating in regular training opportunities. | Requirements: Virginia Firefighter I and II and/or EMT or higher EMS certification(s) are required at move-in. Live-in members are required to become a member of the Carrollton Volunteer Fire Department, if you hold EMS certification, you will be required to affiliate with the Carrollton Volunteer Fire Department.
