Volunteer to teach English, business, leadership, and community development to young women at The Leadership Center in Honduras. Volunteers will mentor students and help them develop skills to become change agents in their communities.

Help with cleaning and upkeep of the residential kitchens in our Senior Housing community. This requires about an hour each month, with flexible scheduling.

Volunteer drivers are needed to transport men and women to off-site shelters. Volunteer hours are from 7 PM – 9 PM, and drivers must have a valid driver's license and complete a volunteer application.

Connect your neighbors with local businesses and City department staff during this free public event centered around home and garden renovation and care. Tasks may include attending a monthly meeting, contacting vendors, creating and distributing marketing materials, and event set-up.

Participate in planting new trees and bulbs in various parks to enhance green spaces and improve the environment. Volunteers should wear weather-appropriate attire and closed-toe shoes.

Accompany our Street Ministers in engaging with people living outside and visiting encampments. A background check is required, along with adherence to our mission.

Volunteers are needed to sew and donate face masks for staff at Catholic Community Services. Mask donations are crucial for safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ministers of Presence are needed to connect with individuals we serve. This role requires ordained Christian clergy or certified chaplains to be available for two hours once a week.

Provide desserts for 150 people, including cookies, brownies, muffins, and cakes. This can be a fun project for community groups, and desserts can be baked offsite and delivered.

Translate program flyers on an as-needed basis. Both professional translators and individuals fluent in English and another language are welcome to apply. High-needs languages include Arabic, Farsi, Tigrinya, Oromo, Amharic, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
