Volunteers are encouraged to join their local disaster animal response team (DART) or consider starting a local DART if their town is without one. Volunteers will support animals during emergency situations.

Help coordinate activities and provide support for senior programs. Volunteers will engage with seniors, assist with event planning, and help maintain program records.

Support the Nutrition Education program by helping to organize classes and distribute educational materials. Volunteers may also assist in teaching basic nutrition principles to community members.

Experienced riders can volunteer as Lucky Riders, working with assigned horses to keep them active and further their training. Horse Handlers work with horses on the ground, helping them to trust again. Both roles require experience and commitment.
