As a Product Recovery Volunteer, you will sort, inspect, and package food and groceries donated to Second Harvest of South Georgia. This hands-on experience is suitable for both groups and individuals, but requires moderate lifting (5-35 lbs.) and standing for prolonged periods.

Puppy Coaches raise, love, and train service dogs in-training from the age of 12 weeks to 2 years old, helping them become mobility and PTSD service dogs for veterans. This role requires a commitment of 8, 10, or 20 months, attending weekly training classes, and practicing commands at home.

Join WWALS in organizing and participating in monthly paddle outings and cleanups on rivers, lakes, and swamps in the Suwannee River Basin. Volunteers will help guide participants and ensure safety during outings.

Puppy Sitters provide temporary care for service dogs in-training when Puppy Coaches are unavailable. This role is ideal for those living near Tampa, FL or Valdosta, GA, and requires availability on weekdays and weekends.
