Join our dedicated team of volunteers who assist in organizing and executing flights for Veterans to Washington, DC. Volunteers will help with various tasks including event planning, logistics, and providing support to Veterans during their trip.

This person will fill Dippin Dots to prepare for events or rentals.

This may include litter pick up, raking, shoveling, exhibit maintenance... whatever the zoo needs at the moment.

Our volunteer meetings are generally held at 7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of a given month. Meetings are generally held at the Red River Zoo, unless specified otherwise. Each volunteer meeting is an opportunity to learn what's happening at the Zoo, what volunteer opportunities are available, and visit with your fellow volunteers. We also try to have guest speakers.
