The Long Branch Volunteer Fire Department is one of the busiest firefighting forces in Monmouth County--so no matter if you want to put on a helmet and join Long Branch's Bravest or if you just want to help on the sidelines, there are opportunities for everyone in every age group to help keep our community safe. We accept Junior Firefighters starting at age 14. Honorary/Social/Supporting Members start at age 16. Full Firefighters are welcome at age 18 and up. CASA for Children of Monmouth County is seeking individuals to become Court Appointed Special Advocates for children in foster care. Volunteers must complete 30 hours of training and commit to advocating for a child’s best interests for 12-18 months, including attending court hearings and conducting case investigations.

Assist with various service projects including office help, mailings, and the upkeep and repair of the grounds, gardens, and facilities.
