Our average annual call volume is 250+. We operate out of one firehouse with an engine, pumper tanker, tanker, two squads. Witmer offers free training to become a firefighter or Jr. firefighter. If getting dirty is not your thing, no problem! You can volunteer on the support side. As a junior firefighter, members ages 14-18, are guided through training and aspects of the fire service by our more experienced members.
